What do I use the budgeting tool for?
You can maximise your spending using budgeting tools. If you are using the Client Web Portal, you can also add employees and expenses to create your budget. You can add ‘Non-specific’ employees to test your spending plan or as place holders if you have not hired anyone yet.
Note: This is just a tool in the Portal and will not affect your actual budget, employees added, or other data in the Client Web Portal.
If you are using the excel spreadsheet tool, you can enter your estimated pay rates and number of employees to get an idea of how many hours of support you will have each week. You can also use it to plan and monitor the effect on your funds if you need more or less support for a time.
Why is my budget different every time?
Your budget will vary in months where there is an extra fortnight. It will also vary if the amount of support you need differs from week to week or month to month.
Can I make changes to my budget?
Yes, you can review and revise your budget at any time during your funding period.
