From getting started to making payments, our Manawanui team is friendly and highly experienced, providing you with as much, or as little support as you need. We are passionate about ensuring people make their own choices about their supports. Our easy-to-use digital tools make it easy to manage your disability funding and our Customer Experience Centre, and Coaches are there to give all the support you need.
As a national provider in the disability sector, we work with customers from every region of Aotearoa New Zealand and work collaboratively with all the Needs Assessment and Service Co-ordination Services, Te Whatu Ora regions and many community and national support groups to make the onboarding process and customer experience with Manawanui easy for all our customers.
We are passionate advocates for changes to disability supports that result in positive change and more choice and control for people. Manawanui is actively involved in contributing to System Transformation, and strongly support the Enabling Good Lives principles which are guiding the long-term change direction.
